The online booking site only uses the personal data entered by the competitor (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the reservation and sending confirmation to the competitor. The online booking site sends information in electronic form to the competitor’s e-mail address only if the competitor has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their interest to receive direct mail. The competitor is able to opt out of electronic information flow at any time by letting us know via e-mail. Settlement of disputes All complaints made by a competitor about the online registering must be e-mailed to efac2025 @ gmail.com If the competitor and the online booking site are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the competitor may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint. The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a competitor and the online booking site. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority is free of charge for the competitor. A competitor may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.

I grant permission to the International Field Archery Association and its partner Field Archery Association of Estonia and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken during of this competition of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release the IFAA and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or guest lecture, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation. I acknowledge that I am over the age of 18 and/or the legal guardian of the registered participant.
