Dear EFAC2025 competitor!
The long-awaited event is approaching, so it’s a good time to review the information regarding the competitions and the competition venue. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE ENTIRE FOLLOWING TEXT THOROUGHLY.
- EFAC2025 date: 25.07.2025-02.08.2025

- Schedule: EFAC2025 schedule/schedule – please don’t leave on-site registration to the last minute! NB! Sunday evening late registration and bow check time 18:00-20:00 is ONLY for those foreign competitors whose flight schedule did not allow for earlier arrival. The practice range is closed at this time!

- Please download and pre-fill the bow inspection form before arriving at the competition! Download the IFAA Equipment registration From_2025 IFAA Equipment Registration Form from the IFAA website). Be sure to bring a spare bow and arrows (if available) to the inspection immediately. Equipment inspection outside of registration times is subject to a separate fee.
- There is no sale of bow equipment on site, please bring everything you need as a spare.
- Please note that if you have ordered but not paid for a T-shirt or banquet ticket, you will only receive the essentials (score cards, collar badge and something cute) during registration, but you will still have to pay your debts at a separate table (cash or card payment).
- At the same table you can also buy “competition money” specially created for this competition – silver tokens worth €2.50 (soft drinks, coffee) and gold tokens worth €3.50 (beer, cider). NB! In the official competition bar and cafes in the competition area, you can only pay in tokens (except for the dumpling truck – where you can also pay by card).
- If you arrive at the competition venue by car, please consider fellow competitors and park your car so that we can all fit in.
- Caravans have their own territory and their movement area must not be blocked. We also ask that you respect the parking restriction in the designated area for persons involved in the organization of the competition – this is in the interests of all of us and key for the smooth organization of the competition. If you are coming with a tent or caravan, you have already received the initial information letter. The restaurant at the Valgehobusemäe Ski and Recreation Center is also ready to offer you breakfast and dinner packages, but you have to make a separate agreement with them. This can be done on site at the VHM reception desk (either in advance for the entire period or at the latest the night before for the next day).
- On the Animal Round competition day we use Maple Leaf animal faces, on field and hunter days JVD target faces (Target faces on EFAC2025)
- The terrain is diverse, don’t forget to pack comfortable, non-slip terrain shoes. Since we are in a temperate zone, where the weather can be very surprising at the end of July and the beginning of August, take along both SPF and insect repellent, a raincoat and a water bottle (water bottles can also be filled on the trail!). The 10-day weather forecast can be followed most accurately: Yr. no VHM/Lehtmetsa .
- The medical service is at the competition site on all competition days during the official track hours from 9:00 to 17:30
- While on the courses, smoking (including vaping) is ONLY allowed in designated areas!!!
At last , but not at least – we have a huge favor to ask from you – please bring an extra national flag with you (one per country is enough). We need this for the opening and closing ceremonies. We have flagpoles on site. We will return the flag after the competition.
The most important thing is to bring a sporting spirit and a good mood!
